Dr. Alex McCormick, D.O., is a distinguished psychiatrist based in Beachwood, Ohio, committed to providing personalized and compassionate mental health care. He founded Infinite Horizons Behavioral Wellness with the mission of integrating functional and holistic treatments alongside prescription medication and psychotherapy, tailoring each approach to align with individual patient goals and preferences.

Dr. McCormick earned his medical degree from the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his residency at The Cleveland Clinic. He has extensive experience in treating conditions such as depression, anxiety, OCD, PTSD, ADHD, substance abuse, and chronic illnesses. His professional journey includes leading a psychiatric consult service at a Level 1 trauma center in Dayton, Ohio, where he also established their ECT program. Additionally, he has served at Northcoast Behavioral Healthcare, focusing on forensic and treatment-resistant patients, and has contributed to the education of medical students and residents from institutions including Wright State University, Ohio University, University Hospitals, and Cleveland Clinic.
